Duties: Outside sales, calling on potential clients facing the daunting insurance claims process after catastrophic damage to home or business. Commercial and Residential Sales. Daily leads provided. You will be hugely successful if you are skilled at securing critical meetings with decision-makers. After the sale, a dedicated team manages the rest of the claims process.
Compensation: Salary while training. Straight Commission (after training). Terms are negotiable, DOE. If you are not hitting 200K by year 2, you are not the right person for this job and if commission-only work scares you then this is NOT the job for you. No project management after the sale, no managing vendors or any other parties involved, STRICTLY SALES.. 75-80% road/travel, hours vary, not typical 8-5, all hands on deck during a disaster, but flexible with dates/time off. Train with and be mentored by a world-class team. Work for an organization that values the sales team and compensates accordingly--NO CAP on Commissions and all travel expenses are company-paid.

Qualifications: You are consistently a top-ranking sales rep in your past endeavors and have the track record to prove it. It helps to be a money-motivated, hungry hunter type, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Perhaps you’ve reached a ceiling in your current position and need more challenge and more $$$ commensurate with your skill level. You are comfortable selling to all walks of life from the individual homeowner to corporate business/legal representatives. Past sales success opening new territories, outside sales, commission-only sales, financial or legal services, construction sales, or selling products/services in other challenging or unique environments with high rejection rates.
The catch: No trickery. Just early mornings, hard work, incredible sales chops and the energy and drive to succeed.
